Teach Pilates Chair Classes with Move Union’s Chair Instructor Training

Studios are beginning to offer group Chair classes — and demand is growing fast. This course gives you everything you need to meet that demand, confidently and creatively.
Why teach Pilates Chair?
The Pilates Chair is a compact piece of equipment that delivers a full-body, functional Pilates workout. Think of it as your secret weapon for strength, stability, balance, and coordination — all in one.
It’s ideal for:
Functional strength training with spring-based resistance
Balance, coordination and joint stability (especially ankles, knees, and shoulders)
Core activation and dynamic control
Endless creativity and progression for all levels
Challenging athletic movers in small or large group settings
And the best part? It fits beautifully into studios without needing huge floor space or a full apparatus setup.
