Yes! Even if you have no experience you can train with us. We have people from all backgrounds take our programs, from those looking for a career change to those who simply want to deepen their own practice.
-
In-Person Training: you have up to 6 months after your in-studio training to complete your practical hours and assessment submission. You may complete this in as little as 1 month.
We recommend you allow 1-2 months if studying part time to complete your pre-learning modules, before a live course.
Online Training: you have 12 months to complete the course (6 months for the online modules + 6 months to finish your practical hours and assessment submission). You can finish in as little as 1 month if studying full-time, though most take 3-6 months.

No, but we do recommend that you’ve attended at least 20 mat or Reformer Pilates classes in the past.
Our courses are very comprehensive and will give you everything you need, even if you’re starting out.
You will find the Reformer course easier if you have a prior Mat Pilates or barre certification, as some of the skills learnt build on that found in Mat and barre, but many people choose to do Reformer first.

You will be a certified Pilates instructor with Move Union, with a certification that's internationally recognised.
This is not a UK specific - Level 3 program.
Leading international Pilates training providers, such as Basi, Balanced Body, Stott, and Polestar, operate UK training schools without offering Level 3 courses. These well-established brands leverage their reputation and follow their own teaching philosophies, delivering courses in a personalized and tailored manner. They effectively train hundreds of instructors in the UK annually without needing Level 3 certification. We have chosen to do the same, to allow us the freedom to build courses that follow our Pilates philosophy and to make the the program more affordable.
Many of the most experienced Pilates teachers in the UK do not possess a Level 3 certificate.
If you're unsure whether you need a Level 3 qualification, see our blog post here.

We recommend doing as many hours as possible in-person at a studio(s) of your choice. If you are in a location or circumstance where you are unable to attend a physical studio, you can do your participation and observation hours via an online studio, or some hours in-person and some online. We will make the classes at our Bristol studio available for you observe and set you up with a saving on classes.
